Instructions
Combine soy sauce, broth, arrowroot, and sweetner. Stir until smooth. Combine sauce with drained black beans and set aside. Heat a large deep skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat pan. Add ginger, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook, tossing often, until fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute. Add chopped onion, sesame oil, cilantro, celery and walnuts. Toss well. To serve: Arrange lettuce cups on a large serving platter and place a generous spoonful on each.
