Instructions

  1. Manage to make them about once a month. No-bakes are a must hav cookie whenever we take a car trip.
  2. In a pan, mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Heat mixture and cook until it boils. Remove from heat and cool one minute. Add vanilla extract, peanut butter and oatmeal; mix well. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
  3. Let cool until set.

Oatmeal Cookie can be paired with Cream Sherry, Alcoholic Drink, and Ingredient. Sweet bubbly Prosecco doesn't overwhelm simple sugar or shortbread cookies, a sweet cream sherry complements spiced cookies, and madeira's nutty notes match cookies with nuts perfectly. One wine you could try is NV Solera Cream Sherry. It has 4.5 out of 5 stars and a bottle costs about 17 dollars.
