Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300F degrees.
  2. Mix together the oats, sesame seeds almonds and sunflower seeds.
  3. Pour honey, oil
  4. Water over this mixture and stir well.
  5. Spread on a large cookie sheet and bake 35 minutes until nicely browned on top.
